Co-Owner of Cyber Boom LLC. I am certified in CISSP, CMMC RP, and Security +CE.  Former Navy Veteran for seven years as an IT.  I have 10 years of experience in the Cybersecurity Industry fulfilling multiple roles which include helpdesk and technical support, system administration and configuration, network monitoring and maintenance, Cybersecurity Vulnerability Analysis, Security Testing and Engineering, Asset Management, and serving as Information System Security Officer/Alternate Information System Security Manager for DoD Healthcare Systems.  As the CEO, I am tasked with providing Strategic Leadership and Vision, Business Development and Growth, Overseeing Proposal Strategy, Compliance and Risk Management, Operational Oversight, Financial Management, Driving Revenue Growth, Team Leadership, and Stakeholder communications.  I believe my unique experience included with subject matter expertise in the particular concerns of the modern era; being security and privacy of an organization and their client’s data within their implemented technology, propels my leadership approach of organizational risk management to not only be implemented within our company but also to be offered as a service from the company.  I am a wholistic picture leader that can identify every minute detail within my given subject matter and my previous experience supports that claim.

Co-Owner of Cyber Boom LLC, is also certified in CISSP. Former Navy Veteran as an IT.  He has 15 years within the Cybersecurity Industry serving multiple roles which include Infrastructure Security, Network Security, IT Management, Security Testing and Engineering, and serving as Information System Security Officer for DoD Healthcare Systems.  As the COO, he is tasked with Business Strategy Development, Operational Planning, Proposal Preparation and Submission, Operational Management, Performance Monitoring, Contract Oversight, Client Relationship Management, Risk Management and Problem solving, and Feedback Integration.  Through Troy’s unique experience and subject matter expertise, his keen attention to detail enables our operational structure and reduction of risks within our organizations and that of our potential clients.  His leadership within the Navy allowed supervision of work centers that enabled timely maintenance and upkeep of all IT assets and components.  Troy is an operational leader that can manage compilation of diverse teams to accomplish the needs of potential clients.

Co-Owner of Cyber Boom LLC.  Former US Navy Chief Petty Officer with 20 years of diverse computer and Cyber Security and Cyber Engineering experience. From February 2010 to January 2015, he served as the Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Lead, where he led a team of 18 system administrators across five domains. His responsibilities included executing ACAS scans, applying IAVA/IAVB patches, implementing STIGs, and maintaining critical systems such as switches and servers to ensure compliance with DoD/DON standards. He also managed Assessment and Authorization documentation and oversaw network security functions, digital media distribution systems, and information systems security programs. His education includes extensive training in Information Systems Security Management and Maintenance through the US Navy, along with multiple apprenticeships in computer operations and internetworking through the Department of Labor.  He is tasked with Developing Financial Strategy, Budgeting and Forecasting, Pricing Structure, Tracking Financial Reports, Contract Negotiations, and developing Financial Plans for Proposals.  Through his unique experience and expertise, we leverage his abilities with technologies to develop financial structure within the business and generate pricing models based on current market rates.  Through his connections, we leverage the availability of financial assistance when needed.

Co-Owner of Cyber Boom LLC. Former Navy Veteran. Also certified CISSP.  As Production Center Cyber Deputy since 2023, he managed a team of five Cyber Security Analysts, overseeing the execution of 34 Engineering Change Requests and two Agile Release Events to sustain the Air Operations Center Weapons System. His responsibilities included conducting technical security assessments, implementing compliance checklists, and developing mitigation strategies in line with DoD Information Assurance standards. Prior to this role, as an Information Systems Security Officer, he developed security plans, managed system-level continuous monitoring, and facilitated the Risk Management Framework process, achieving a three-year Authorization to Operate for the Naval Enterprise Tactical Training Network. His work involved close collaboration with executive leadership and development teams to ensure secure technology implementations and adherence to stakeholder requirements. He is tasked with Talent Management, Compensation/Payroll, Benefits, Training and Development, as well as Job Analysis and Design.  Through his unique experience and expertise, we leverage his communicative abilities to attract, maintain, and keep potential employees and clients.

Co-Owner of Cyber Boom LLC. Former Navy Veteran. In the role of Senior Information Security Risk Analyst, she has conducted over 37 security risk assessments for cloud solutions, utilizing various compliance frameworks to identify and communicate security risks to business teams.  She has led initiatives to enhance understanding of industry standards, implemented a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution, and developed training for over 1,000 users on Unified Labeling to protect sensitive information. Her experience includes significant roles as a Lead Bluecoat Engineer and Boundary Protection Engineer, where she improved web filtering procedures and resolved numerous network discrepancies. She has also served as an Information Security Officer in the U.S. Navy, managing teams to ensure the integrity of classified information and enhancing security protocols. Her certifications include CompTIA CASP+, Security+, and ITIL Foundations, underscoring her expertise in cloud security governance and risk management.  She is tasked with Website/Technology development, Assessing Compliance, IT Administration, and Research and Development.  Through her unique experience and expertise we are leveraging her technical skills to determine appropriate solutions to fulfill the needs of potential clients as well as development of technologies to enhance the company’s performance.
